CRAS and surgical demolition

CRAS is really useful for demolitions close to houses or other sites where explosives are unsuitable.

In this project, CRAS helped to dig a trench close some centimeters of the wall of a house. The ground to be broken was solid rock, and CRAS performed a clean and quick demolition of such a hard terrain. CRAS is the ideal solution for surgical demolition.

Demolish to rebuild

CRAS is very useful for demolition... but also for building.

Kayati's demolition cement is  the key in projects where removals are a previous step for the beginning of building works.

Demolition, reconstruction... and always the CRAS playing a key role!

High performance in the toughest test

CRAS is there to help demolition managers even in their most challenging projects. We can see in these pictures the result of CRAS use to crack a hard rock. Before using CRAS, demolition managers tried to break the stone blocks by using mechanical methods, with no results.

Amazingly,  CRAS broke the rock in less than 24 hours.
And, more amazingly, the second rock to be broken was demolished with only half of the CRAS, in the same time.

At the end of the demolition works, project managers were really satisfied with such a performant product.

Demolition in dog days

CRAS is an useful demolition agent in a wide range ot temperatures.

In this case, high temperatures - 30 º Celsius- were no problem for the demolition task.

With only one side opened, demolition engineers had to create a second side open, as can be seen in this picture:
Debris removal was the last step in these works.

Feel free to contact us to get further information on non explosive demolition.

CRAS and the Sea

CRAS is the best solution when a demolition project should be deployed in a harbour. No explosives are allowed in these sensible environments, so CRAS ability to break concrete quietly is very likely for demolition engineers.

In this example, in a Mediterranean island, traffic could go on during demolition time, and ships could enter and leave the harbour as usual.
